July 11 Sunday, 10 -1pm

Tracye Chin-Mueller Needle Felting demonstration and launch of her new series: Shore Birds of the Gulf. Tracye is the creator of our fabulous felted birds. Created exclusively for the gallery, this limited edition series was crafted for a cause: twenty percent of each sale will be donated to

Audubon's Gulf Action Center.  Tracye's charming birds make excellent gifts; so popular over the holidays we had to start a waitlist. (Affectionately known as our "Crazy for the Birds" list. You know who you are!)  Now you can give a gift to the Gulf with each purchase from the new collection.

TOMS Shoes Style Your Sole Party at the Gallery! Deadline to order: AUGUST 27th !

A Style Your Sole party is people coming together to express themselves and help children in need by customizing their own blank, canvas TOMS. Limited TOMS on hand for event, otherwise order your TOMS in advance at the gallery.

OPENING of New Work by Par Turesson, Furniture and Carrie Gustafson, Glass

Join us with furniture designer, Par Turesson as he realizes his furniture designs in three dimension at his first US solo exhibition.

KNITTING WITH HAND PAINTED YARN.

A brand new supply of organic, soft Swans Island Yarn and locallly dyed, Two Hands Yarns. You're invited to drop-in and participate in this unique “Yarn and Stitch Tasting” with local knitting goddess, Janis Witkins. Extraordinary locally hand-dyed and painted yarns and exclusive, simple, functional patterns by Janis will be demonstrated. No knitting experience necessary. This is a casual drop-in event meant to inspire or teach you about color and knitting. Please join us and bring friends at anytime during Saturday afternoon.


All are welcome, no charge.

Yarns and patterns will be available for purchase.

WORKSHOP - Basket Weaving with Sosse Baker

Learn to weave your own “Inside Out” basket designed by Sosse. Reminiscent of a bird’s nest, this double walled basket can be a time capsule. You can place a message or trinket inside before closing it up. Mine will have a drawing by Malcolm! Fee is $60 per person. All materials included. Limited to eight participants. 45 minute break for lunch. Bring a bag lunch or eat at one of Chester’s fab deli’s. Email or call the gallery early to register.



DECEMBER 2010:

Our second, “Twelve Favorite Things” Group Exhibition. All unique pieces on view and chosen by our selected artists. The artist’s last year loved the concept and WOW...they really created some great pieces.


APRIL 8, Thursday, 11am - 5pm:

One Day Without Shoes in the Gallery is the day we’ll spread awareness about the impact a simple pair of shoes can have on a child’s life. We'll have rolls of white paper spread out on
the gallery floor to document the event. Join us to trace your feet, draw feet, or simply wipe your feet. Imagine having no shoes? On April 8th, we encouraging people to go the day, part of the day or even just a few minutes, without shoes using only socks or bare feet, to experience a life without shoes first-hand, and inspire others at the same time.
